The McGarrigle Christmas Hour featuring Martha and her brother, Rufus Wainwright, will be held at Carnegie Hall on December 10, 2008 and there will be some very special guests. Kate and Anna McGarrigle are thrilled to welcome Emmylou Harris, Lou Reed, Laurie Anderson, Jimmy Fallon, Teddy Thompson, Justin Bond, Sloan Wainwright and more! New video posted!

A new video, of Martha and her band performing "Bleeding All Over You" when power to the sound-system suddenly goes out, is available for viewing. The sound problem happened near the beginning of the set at Colston Hall, in Bristol, England, on October 20, 2008. To the crowd's delight, Martha then performed two songs unplugged.

New video posted!

A new video of Martha singing her song "New York, New York, New York" live in Copenhagen is now online.

This brings the number of videos to six, with more on the way. New photos are being uploaded regularly, as well; these can be viewed in the upper-right corner of the Tour Journal blog.

Martha and her band had a well-deserved day off yesterday in Utrecht, Holland, the same city they play tonight (October 16, 2008).

Martha's World Tour Starts this Week!
